It’s been 35 years and the Rock Family of Companies is still innovating and disrupting the status quo. For the company’s 35th anniversary, we wanted to celebrate our ISMs: the 20 philosophies that drive our business and have aided in our success. In 2020, the annual all companies meeting had to be completely reimagined. An event that is normally held in an arena with tens of thousands of people had to be distilled down to something primarily online as our team members tuned in from home.
So how do we bring the celebration to them? We created the ACM 35th Anniversary Box. A beautifully designed, thoughtfully curated party in a box that each team member received the day of the show. The design was inspired by the new ISMs Book illustrations, making the design cohesive across the event. Touches of gold were added to pump up the drama. Inside, team members found a new ISMs book, a letter from the CEO, locally sourced treats, a travel tumbler and a Bluetooth speaker. Team members 21 and older received a cocktail kit for their at-home celebrations.
