As part of our strategy to help strengthen and simplify our team member experience, we created alignment for our internal talent brand to anchor to our overall Rocket brand. In this case study, we built a more granular brand architecture for our team member programming while partnering with our internal communications and UX team to ensure it was human centered. This helped provide connection to our internal ecosystem and guidelines on existing and new programming which can be built and communicated out.
