Every February, Quicken Loans invites their 18,000+ team members to Detroit for the annual All Company Meeting. Team members gather from Detroit, Phoenix, Cleveland, and Charlotte to share company wins from the past year and to listen to objectives for the the upcoming year. This years’ event included a surprise performance from Big Sean and panel of speakers featuring Amanda Beard, Desmond Howard, Kendall Coyne Schofield, Kirk Herbstreit and Mathew “Nadeshot” Haag. The goal of this project was to create an energetic brand intended to inspire and motivate team members.
The theme of the event was "All In" and the primary messaging was based around the FOC's "Culture of Excellence" and the four pillars of Innovation, Character, Environment and Talent. "All In" was chosen as the anthem of the organization in 2019 as a simple reminder that everyone working together can make a huge impact. We created a visual theme with a gritty, analog feel to amplify that message of confidence with motivational phrases repeated and layered in bold colors, paired with powerful duotone photography of our team members.
