Uniting 18,000+ Team Members Around a Culture of Excellence
Each February, Quicken Loans brings together over 18,000 team members from Detroit, Phoenix, Cleveland, and Charlotte for the annual All Company Meeting—a high-energy event designed to celebrate the past year’s wins and align the organization around future goals.
In 2019, the event theme was “All In”—a rallying cry that speaks to the power of collective effort and a shared commitment to the company’s Culture of Excellence. That culture is built on four core pillars: Innovation, Character, Environment, and Talent.
The visual identity for the event was crafted to feel bold, gritty, and analog, designed to energize and inspire. We used layered motivational phrases in bold typography and vibrant color to amplify the theme, paired with powerful duotone photography of real team members to put faces to the mission. The result was a confident, high-impact look and feel that reflected the spirit of the organization.
The event featured a surprise performance by Big Sean and a panel of high-profile speakers, including Amanda Beard, Desmond Howard, Kendall Coyne Schofield, Kirk Herbstreit, and Mathew “Nadeshot” Haag—adding to the excitement and momentum of the experience.
