Celebrating 35 Years of Innovation, Virtually
In 2020, the Rock Family of Companies reached a major milestone: 35 years of innovation, growth, and success. Traditionally marked by an energetic, arena-filled All Companies Meeting (ACM), the celebration had to be completely reimagined due to the pandemic. With team members tuning in from home, the challenge was clear—how do we bring the energy, pride, and celebration of our culture to thousands of remote employees?
Our solution: the ACM 35th Anniversary Box—a beautifully designed, thoughtfully curated "party in a box" delivered to each team member’s doorstep to coincide with the virtual event.
Inspired by the newly illustrated ISMs book (our guiding 20 philosophies), the visual design carried through the event’s creative seamlessly. Dramatic touches of gold elevated the experience, creating a sense of occasion and pride. Each box included a newly designed ISMs book, a personal letter from our CEO, locally sourced treats, a branded travel tumbler, a Bluetooth speaker, and a cocktail kit for team members over 21.
The result was a cohesive, celebratory experience that brought the spirit of the ACM into every home and reinforced our culture at a time we needed it most.
